Terms and Conditions for the Motion Graphics Intro Video Contest

1. Eligibility

1.1 The contest is open to registered freelancers on the Skillled platform.
1.2 Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
1.3 Employees of Skillled, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.


2. Entry Requirements

2.1 Participants must create an original 10-15 second motion graphics video as described in the contest brief.
2.2 Submissions must be original work and not contain copyrighted material (e.g., music, visuals, or animations) unless appropriately licensed.
2.3 Videos must align with Skillled’s branding and values.
2.4 Each participant can submit only one entry.

6.2 Participants retain ownership of their submissions and may include them in personal portfolios after the contest concludes.
6.3 Entries found to violate intellectual property rights will be disqualified.

8. Disqualification

8.1 Entries containing plagiarized content, offensive material, or submissions not meeting the brief will be disqualified.
8.2 Skillled reserves the right to remove entries that violate the platform’s community standards.


9. Liability

9.1 Skillled is not responsible for technical issues, including incomplete uploads or submissions.
9.2 Skillled reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at its sole discretion if unforeseen circumstances arise.
