I have over 20 years experience in secretarial and administration work. I am fully experienced in all aspects of Microsoft Office. I can type, create and use spreadsheets, create and use database, email, answer telephone calls, book travel and accommodation and any other adhoc duties performed within an office.

 

I was an executive secretary for over 13 years at The Co-operative Group Head Office. I carried out staff training fortnightly on  how to use Microsoft Office. I created and updated a database detailing all property information for our 301 pharmacies. I typed the Branch Management Manual, which was 4 manuals each with 300 double sided pages so we had online copies. I typed documents and letters, answered the telephone, filing, photocopying, email, arranged travel and accommodation for senior management, arranged functions and team building activities, took minutes in senior leadership meetings and any other adhoc duties.
